Skilled System Administrator with 2+ years of experience managing Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Proficient in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, SAN, and file/print services. Experienced in monitoring system performance, implementing security measures (firewalls, VPNs, patching, endpoint protection), and managing backup/disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam and Azure Backup. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation. Adept at providing advanced technical support, documenting SOPs, and leading system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
